North: Selçuk, Izmir, Çeşme, Manisa and Bergama
The motorway north towards Izmir is fast and well signposted. Selçuk and Ephesus are so close that most people treat them as a day trip; we sell this as a Kusadasi–Ephesus day transfer with online booking. Izmir Airport is the main gateway for flights; book it online as Kusadasi to Izmir Airport.
Beyond the airport, the city centre of Izmir (Alsancak, Konak, Karşıyaka), the Çeşme peninsula with Alaçatı and Ilıca, Manisa and Bergama are private transfers on request. For Çeşme see our Kusadasi to Çeşme route guide.
East: Aydın, Nazilli, Aphrodisias and Pamukkale
Heading inland, the road follows the fertile Büyük Menderes valley past Ortaklar and Germencik to Aydın, the provincial capital, then on through Nazilli towards Denizli and Pamukkale. A one-way transfer to a hotel in Pamukkale or Karahayıt is a popular way to continue a holiday; it takes most of a morning. Background on the area: Kusadasi to Pamukkale route guide. All eastbound transfers are on request.
South: Söke, Didim, Bodrum and the Muğla coast
South of Kusadasi the road crosses the Söke plain. Söke itself is 25 minutes away, and from there roads lead to Priene, Miletus, Didim and Lake Bafa. The day transfer to the Temple of Apollo at Didyma is bookable online as Kusadasi–Didim Temple of Apollo.
Further south via Milas you reach Bodrum Airport (bookable online as Kusadasi to Bodrum Airport; see also our guide for Kusadasi hotels to Bodrum Airport) and the Bodrum peninsula. Marmaris, Dalaman Airport and Fethiye are long one-way transfers on request.
One way or day return?
- One-way transfers suit people moving on: you are dropped at your next hotel or airport.
- Day return (out in the morning, back in the evening) suits sightseeing: Ephesus, Şirince, Priene–Miletus–Didyma or Pamukkale. For Pamukkale as a day out, see our Pamukkale day transfer guide.
Tell us which one you need; the price is agreed for the full plan.
Tips for long transfers from Kusadasi
Leave early in summer. In July and August the coastal roads around Kusadasi, Söke and Bodrum are busy in the afternoon. A morning departure is calmer and cooler.
Luggage. State the number of suitcases and any bulky items (pushchairs, golf bags, bikes) so the right vehicle is sent.
Child seats. Give children's ages when booking and suitable seats are fitted.
Breaks. On drives over two hours, short comfort and coffee breaks are normal. Longer stops (lunch, a museum) should be mentioned in advance.
Night travel. We work 24/7. Early-morning departures for flights from Izmir or Bodrum are routine.
Multi-stop plans. Dropping one family member at Izmir Airport and continuing to Çeşme? Picking up friends in Davutlar on the way? Put the whole route in one message.
Prices and booking
