All our airport transfers are made with a Mercedes Vito. It is a VIP private transfer: the vehicle is booked for your party only. It is not a shared shuttle — no other passengers, no stops at other hotels on the way. The driver picks you up at your hotel door and drives straight to the departures area at BJV.

When to leave your hotel

The drive usually takes around 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Our recommendation for the hotel pickup:

• 4.5 hours before your flight — normal days
• 5 hours before your flight — August high season and charter-flight days, when check-in queues at BJV are long

In high season the road between Söke and Milas can be busy, so if in doubt, add another 30 minutes. Tell us your flight time when you book and we suggest the pickup time for you.

The route

Kusadasi → Söke → Milas → Bodrum Airport (BJV). You leave Kusadasi towards Söke, cross the Söke plain and the Büyük Menderes delta, continue south to Milas and on to the airport. It is a comfortable main road the whole way; short comfort breaks are possible on request.

How the pickup works

1. Book with your flight details — hotel name, flight number and departure time.
2. Pickup at your hotel — the driver comes to the hotel entrance at the agreed time.
3. Direct to BJV — no detours, no other passengers.
4. Drop-off at departures — right at the terminal entrance.

Payment

No prepayment. You pay the driver in cash on the day (EUR, USD or TL).
