How will the driver find me at the cruise port?
After clearing customs, walk through the duty-free shop and exit into the small plaza. Our driver stands directly across from the terminal exit holding a sign with your name. We're the only group allowed pier-side meets — taxi drivers are confined to the road outside the gate.
What if my ship arrives late?
We monitor cruise arrivals via Ege Ports schedule the morning of your call. If the ship docks late, we automatically push your pickup to match — no fee, no need to call us. The driver waits at the terminal until you appear.
Will I make it back before all-aboard?
Yes — guaranteed. We build at least 90 minutes of buffer before all-aboard into every cruise itinerary. The driver carries the ship's all-aboard time and tracks your tour pace. We've never missed a sailing in 11 years.
Can I pay in USD instead of EUR?
EUR is preferred. We accept USD at the daily exchange rate, but please carry either small EUR notes (€10/€20/€50) or USD in the same denominations — the driver doesn't carry large change. The €10 online deposit is the easiest way to lock in EUR pricing.
Group of 12 — can you handle it?
