Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) is the closest major airport to Kusadasi — about 80 km via the O-31 motorway, usually 70-80 minutes in normal traffic. After you clear passport control and collect your bags, walk out through the arrivals exit: your driver waits there with your name on a sign. Unlike the Havas shuttle or a taxi queue, a private transfer leaves when you are ready and stops at your door — not at a depot on the edge of town.

The first 60 minutes of waiting after touchdown are free; after that, extra waiting is charged at EUR 10 per 30 minutes (this rarely happens — tracking usually keeps us on time).
Where exactly do I meet the driver?
Domestic and international arrivals both exit into the same public arrivals hall. Your driver stands at the exit doors holding a sign with your name. Twenty-four hours before pickup we send you the driver's name and mobile number on WhatsApp, so you can call or message directly if you cannot spot the sign.
Is the Havas shuttle cheaper?
Per seat, yes — but it leaves on its own timetable, takes longer, and drops you at the Kusadasi otogar (bus station), from where you still need a taxi or dolmus to your hotel. For two or more people a private transfer usually costs little more in total and saves an hour.
Can you drop us at the Kusadasi cruise port instead of a hotel?
