Service description

Kusadasi Transfer operates point-to-point passenger transport under Turkish Ministry of Transport D2 license. We do not offer guided tours or accommodation packages.

Booking & payment

The full booking amount is charged online via Stripe at the time of booking. No payment is collected on the day of transfer.

Prices are fixed and do not change due to traffic or demand.

Cancellation & refund

Cancellations 24h+ before pickup: full refund.

Less than 24h or no-show: payment non-refundable.

Cancellations due to driver/vehicle fault: full refund.

Delays & wait time

Airport transfers: up to 60 min free wait at arrivals (we monitor your flight).

Hotel pickups: 15 min standard wait; additional time charged.

Liability

Insured under the D2 license scope for accidents and related incidents.

Passengers are responsible for personal belongings. Lost-and-found inquiries via WhatsApp are investigated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Courts of Aydın have jurisdiction.
