Refund & Cancellation Policy

General
The full booking amount is charged online via Stripe at booking. No additional payment is collected on the day of transfer.
These terms apply under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and Distance Sales Regulation.
Free cancellation
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup: full refund.
Refund processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
Non-refundable
Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup.
No-show at the pickup point.
Missed transfer due to incorrect flight/cruise time provided by the customer.
Full refund — our fault
If driver or vehicle fails to arrive: full refund + alternative arrangement.
If a flight is missed due to our significant delay: full refund (documentation may be requested).
Force majeure
Natural disaster, weather, road closure, war, epidemic: cancellation results in full refund or rescheduling.
Wait times
Airport: 60 min free wait at arrival gate (we monitor flight delays).
Hotel: 15 min standard, then €5 per 15 min.
Cruise port: 30 min free wait based on ship arrival.
