The route from Kusadasi centre

The trip breaks into two parts: the short local leg on the ring road that meets the Selcuk highway, and the highway run to Pamukkale. The ride is non-stop unless you ask for a break; coffee and fuel stops are fine at any point.

Small things that help

Shoes come off on the travertine path: pack a small bag for them and a towel if the antique pool tempts you. Most visitors enter at the south gate by the terraces and exit near the necropolis side; tell the driver your plan and the car waits at the right one.
