Indian crew rotating onto a ship in Kusadasi typically fly into Izmir Adnan Menderes (ADB) or, less often, Bodrum Milas (BJV). Both airports are 1.5–2 hours from the cruise port by road. We run a flat-rate crew van — €60 from ADB, €85 from BJV, up to 7 passengers with luggage.
The driver waits at arrivals with a name board, helps you with bags, and stops for a vegetarian thali or chai break at one of three Indian-friendly roadside places we've vetted (no surprise non-veg dishes). If you're rotating off and need a return to the airport, same flat rate — book the same way.

Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes — we track your flight number. Standard wait is 60 minutes after actual landing time, free. Beyond that we charge €5 per 15 minutes, max €30. Tell us your flight number via WhatsApp and we never lose track.
Can I get pure vegetarian / Jain food on the way?
We know three roadside spots between ADB/BJV and Kusadasi that do Indian-style vegetarian — no onion/garlic options available if you order Jain. Driver knows which menu items to avoid. Vegetarian thali around €8, chai €1.
Is the van big enough for me + my bags + my crew bags?
Our standard crew van is a Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Caravelle — 7 passengers + 7 large suitcases without folding seats. For 8+ pax or oversized crew bags we send a minibus (€75 from ADB, €100 from BJV).
