About this route
Pamukkale's snow-white travertine terraces and the ancient Roman city of Hierapolis are among Turkey's most iconic sights — and well worth the 195-kilometre journey from Kusadasi. Your private vehicle follows the main road east through Aydın, Nazilli and Sarayköy, covering the route in roughly three hours so you arrive relaxed and ready to explore. With a fixed price and a dedicated driver waiting for you, there are no queues, no shared coaches, and no compromise on comfort.
Distance, time and route
- Distance — about 195 km each way
- Driving time — about 3 hours each way (2 h 45 min to 3 h 15 min, depending on traffic)
- Route — the main road east through Aydın, Nazilli and Sarayköy to Pamukkale
- Stops — usually one or two coffee and restroom stops at service stations
The road is a wide paved main road most of the way, so the long drive is comfortable. An early start means you arrive before the midday heat.

Frequently asked questions
How do I pay for the transfer?
You pay your driver in cash (EUR, USD or TL) on the day, or by card online. No deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Where will my driver meet me in Kusadasi?
Your driver will come directly to the address you provide — hotel lobby, cruise port gate, or private residence. You will receive the driver's name and contact number the evening before your transfer.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
What if we spend more time at Pamukkale and run late?
Your driver will wait at Pamukkale for a reasonable extra time at no charge. If you need significantly more time, just let your driver know on the day and they will do their best to accommodate you.
Which vehicle types are available and how many passengers can they carry?
One private vehicle for up to 8 passengers; for larger groups we arrange a bigger vehicle. The price is per vehicle, not per person — message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
How far is Pamukkale from Kusadasi?
About 195 km each way. The drive takes about 3 hours, usually between 2 hours 45 minutes and 3 hours 15 minutes depending on traffic, with a coffee and restroom stop on the way.
Is it a round trip or one way?
It is a private round trip: we drive you to Pamukkale, the driver waits while you visit, and we bring you back to Kusadasi the same day.
How much time do we get at Pamukkale?
Most visitors spend 4 to 5 hours at the travertines and Hierapolis. Your driver waits at the site while you visit, so you choose the pace. Leaving Kusadasi at 07:30 gets you there around 10:30.

No. This is a transfer with a private driver, not a guided tour. The site has English signage and audio guides, and we can recommend licensed local guides if you ask in advance.
