Can I pay cash or card on arrival?
We require a €10 online deposit (Stripe) to confirm the booking. The balance is paid in EUR cash to the driver on arrival. Card-to-driver is not currently available at the curbside.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically once you provide the flight number. The driver arrives only when you actually land. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free — extended delays are charged at €10 per additional 30 minutes.
Where do I find the driver at Izmir Airport (ADB)?
After baggage claim and customs, exit into the Arrivals hall. Your driver will be standing in the meet-and-greet area holding a name sign with your booking reference. We send you the driver's mobile number 24 hours before pickup so you can call directly.
Can I cancel or change the booking?

Are child seats and boosters available?
