Where Do We Meet You at Kusadasi Cruise Port?
Exactly where the driver waits at Kusadasi cruise port: the terminal exit, the name sign, what to do if you cannot find us and how the timing works with your ship.
The most common message we get on cruise mornings is simple: "where exactly do I find the driver?" Here it is, step by step.
The meeting point
- Leave the ship and walk through the terminal building — immigration and the exit funnel into the same corridor.
- Exit through the main doors into the open forecourt.
- Look for your name on a sign, held at the barrier directly outside the terminal exit. Not inside — drivers are not allowed in; we wait at the exit barrier.
What we send you
Twenty-four hours before pickup you get a WhatsApp message with:
- The driver's name and mobile number
- The vehicle plate
- The meeting-point photo
If the forecourt is busy with several tours, call or message the driver directly — it is the fastest way to find the car.
Timing with your ship
We work backwards from your ship's schedule:
- Pickup is set for when you can realistically clear the terminal, not the listed docking minute.
- For the return, we aim to have you back at least one hour before all-aboard — usually earlier. Tell us the all-aboard time in the booking.
If you cannot find the driver
- Stay at the terminal exit — do not walk toward the town gate.
- Call or WhatsApp the number we sent.
- If nothing arrives, message the main line: WhatsApp +90 532 407 7712 — the office can see the driver's location.
Common questions
- "My ship docks at a different pier" — Kusadasi has one cruise terminal; every ship uses the same exit forecourt.
- "We are a group of 8 with bags" — the Mercedes Vito takes 7 passengers plus luggage; for 8+ we send a larger vehicle — note it in the booking.
- "Can the driver come inside?" — no, terminal rules keep drivers outside; the sign is right at the door.
