The quote you receive is the price you pay, for up to seven passengers and their luggage. Pay on the day in cash, or earlier by card online if that suits you better. Cancellation is free until a day before the scheduled pickup.

The Izmir Airport run is priced per vehicle in EUR and agreed before you travel. The driver takes cash in EUR, USD or TL; paying online by card works too. Cancellation is free up to a day ahead.

The Kusadasi centre side of things

Around the harbour and Kaleici the streets are old and narrow. Pickup still happens at the door wherever a car can reach; otherwise it is the nearest corner, confirmed the day before.

What if we are late coming down?

The driver waits a few minutes at Kale Pansiyon and calls or messages you. Let the office know as soon as you can and we adjust where possible.

Can we book the return pickup too?

Yes. Arrival pickups include flight tracking: the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free. The car then brings you back to Kale Pansiyon.
