Three sedans cost €105 (€35 each × 3). A 12-seat minibus costs €75 — and fits all your crew plus a bit of luggage. That's the math, and that's why crew groups of 8+ should never book individual cars.
Our 12-seat Mercedes Sprinter or Iveco Daily minibus is the go-to for crew groups. AC, recliner-style seats, USB charging, big windows for sightseeing. Driver speaks fluent English and knows how cruise crew work (gangway etiquette, ship security check, all-aboard tracking).

What if 2 crewmates drop out at the last minute?
No change in price — the minibus rate is per vehicle, not per person. Better to book the minibus assuming everyone shows than to book sedans and have to scramble. Empty seats stay empty.
Can the minibus fit a group that's mostly carrying instruments / equipment?
Yes — the Iveco Daily has 4 cubic metres of luggage space behind the last row. We've moved 10 musicians with guitars, keyboards and a small drum kit in one go. For larger sound equipment book the Sprinter long-wheelbase variant (€85 base).
Do you do airport pickups for crew rotations of 10+ people?
Yes — that's a common booking. Minibus to Izmir ADB is €100 flat (12 pax with bags). Bodrum BJV is €125. Driver waits at arrivals with a name sign showing the ship's name. Same WhatsApp booking flow.
